It's Pac-Man time
What time is it? Pac-Man time
Retro-gaming fans might like the look of limited-edition Pac-Man Pellet Time watch just announced by Nanco.
The watch face has been given a full Pac-Man makeover, with pellets for each minute around the dial, and Power Pellet hour markers. The second hand takes the form of Pac-Man himself, who travels around the dial gobbling up pellets with metronomic consistency.
Bonuses come in the form of a cherry at three o’clock and a sacrificial ghost at nine, which light up when Pac-Man goes by. Turns out it’s Blinky that’s drawn the short straw, with his three chums Inky, Pinky and Clyde safely housed the ghost nest in the centre.
Namco doesn’t say much about the watch itself, only that just 500 of them will be made, each with a unique serial number. Sadly, Namco is only making the Pellet Time watch available in the US for now, where it’ll cost $130, but intrepid Pac-Man fans in the UK are unlikely to let that prevent them finding a way to gobble one up.

it brings back great memories of me the wife and our kids trying to outdo one another playing pacman long into the long winter nights when the Earth was young
